- Insurance can be provided for drivers between the ages of 21 to 99 years who have held a full licence for a minimum period of 1 year.
- All our vehicles are under 3.5 tonnes so can be driven using a standard licence.
- We can insure UK & Non UK licence holders between the ages of 21 to 99 years. An International Driving Licence is not required.
- Yes but if you currently have more than 8 points we will not be able to provide insurance
- A insurance surcharge will apply as per conviction
- Convictions over 3 years old are not required to be declared, apart from DD DR and IN convictions.
- Yes you will be provided with fully comprehensive insurance for up to x3 drivers.
- No, we supply the insurance to ensure an adequate level of cover is provided.
- Travel is permitted to any European destination
- EU travel surcharge may apply
- If you wish to travel to Europe, you are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £1500.00
- No the EU Conversion kits are required to be purchased by hirer prior to travel or from the outbound port or Channel Tunnel Terminal.
- Yes all our vehicles can use the tunnel as none of our vehicles carry LPG gas
- All our vehicles are provided with full breakdown cover the contact numbers for which are supplied within the motor home
- All our Motorhomes are Pet Friendly
- A Deep Cleaning Charge of £100.00 will apply to all Pet Friendly Motorhome Hire.
- Maximum 1 x Large Dog, 2 x Small Dogs & 2 x Cats.
- The small (2 berth + infant) vehicle has 4 seatbelts
- The medium (6 berth) vehicle has 6 seatbelts
- The large (6 berth + infant) vehicle has 6 seatbelts
- No, all our vehicles have manual transmission.
- All motorhomes are under 5 years old and are regularly serviced and well maintained.
- Collection and return times are required to be agreed with our Depot Managers. Normally collection time is between 3.00 – 5.00 pm and return time is before 11.00 am.
- Please allow 1 hour at the point of collection for a comprehensive handover to be provided by the depot staff during which time full instruction of the vehicle will be demonstrated.
- Full valid license (Both the plastic photo card and the paper counterpart)
- If from overseas, please also take your passport

- Yes, you can leave your car at our depot free of charge
- Your car will be held secure in a locked compound
All Hirers are required to pay a Security Deposit the level of which is determined by the specifics of both the drivers / hirer details and the travel itinerary.
- In the following circumstances, a £1000.00 Refundable Insurance Excess & £250 Damages Bond is mandatory and Collision Damage Waiver (see below) is not available:
- a) Non UK Residents
- b) Non UK Mainland travel
- c) Drivers disclosing accidents, medical conditions & multiple endorsements
- d) CDW has not been requested or paid for or hirer is ineligible to purchase this cover
- e) Overseas Driving Licences
- f) Drivers aged under 26 or over 76
- g) High Risk Occupation Drivers – includes but not limited to those who are engaged in professional gambling, sport or entertainment including film & television, hawking or general dealing, street or marketing trading.
- A £250.00 security deposit is the alternative option for those who are eligible to purchase the Insurance Excess Waiver.Note: Insurance can be provided for drivers between the ages of 21-99 Insurance cannot be provided for drivers with more than 7 current driving endorsement points.
- Your bond would be refunded after 28 working days from the checkin date of the vehicle but may be longer in the event of damage having been caused.
- Yes. The Insurance Excess Waiver (IEW) reduces the extent of liability for damages in relation to the insurance policy from £1250.00 to £250.00 per insurable incident.
- IEW can be provided at £24.00 per insurable day.
No, if you fall into any of the categories below you are not eligible to purchase Insurance Excess Waiver.

- If you are not eligible for the IEW you are required to pay the refundable insurance excess deposit of £1250.00 and £250 security deposit at least 7 days before your period of hire is due to commence.
- The motor home provides hot air blown heating through the internal ventilation system. The heating is provided by the diesel in the fuel tank.
- The engine does not need to be running for the heating to work. Minimal diesel fuel is used during this process.
- The main vehicle cab area provides air conditioning with cool air vents located throughout the rest of the vehicle.

- Yes a gas bottle is supplied. A bottle of gas can last for 7 days or longer during summer months.
- We supply one gas bottle.
- If the gas runs out, you will need to obtain a pig tail connector to use with EU gas bottles. These can be supplied by the Depot at your request.
- No, the plug sockets will only work if you are hooked up to an electricity supply. The motorhome has a leisure battery, which will provide the power for the lights and the water pump if mains electricity is not available. A fully-charged leisure battery can last for up to 72 hours with conservative use.
- A mains electricity hook up cable is provided for connection to an electricity supply
- Bedding can be ordered during the pre-hire administration process. An email will be sent to you during this process when you can request and pay for this. The cost of a double set is £49.00 and for a single set is £44.00. Each set includes duvet, duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillow(s), pillow slip(s), large towel(s) and small towel(s).
- Sat Navs can be ordered as an extra during your booking process at a cost of £9.00 per insurable day.
- An instructional DVD is supplied for you to watch along with a manual and APP. A telephone number from which you can obtain technical assistance is also provided

- No, we do not have any vehicles with access suitable for wheelchairs

- Yes the motor home comes fitted with a bike rack which carries up to 4 bikes
- Our current policy is we do not provide baby/child seats. If you are unable to bring your own, please order a suitable seat from from an online supplier requesting delivery directly to the collection depot. The fixing of the child seat will be within the normal 3 point seat belt in the rear of the vehicle.
- Whilst the depot managers will certainly be helpful to any hirer who is attaching the seat belt to a child seat it is ultimately the responsibility of the parent to ensure the seat belt is securely attached to the baby/child seat.
- We do not have Isofix fittings for baby/child seats in our motorhomes. All child seats are required to be secured within a normal 3 point seat belt.
- We can provide a booster seat for which the daily hire charge is £2.00.
- No, we cannot accept a booking for which a specific tyre type is required. Snow chains are also not provided.
- In England, it is illegal to park overnight in an undesignated area eg roadside layby, supermarket or service area car parks. We recommend you book an approved campsite.
- We can arrange temporary membership with the Camping and Caravan club at no cost to you, enabling membership rates at all their sites.
- If boiled the water is safe but we recommend bottle water be purchased if not.
- A full tank of fresh water is usually not provided unless specifically requested as this negatively impacts fuel consumption efficiency.Should you require a full tank be provided please ensure this is requested from Depot Staff prior to collecting your motor home.
